- What are the different statuses on the posters, and what do each of them mean?
The different statuses on the posters are open, acknowledged, and closed. Open means that they are looking into it. Acknowledged means that seen the problem and has sent an email to the city of Oakland about the problem. Closed means that they are no longing looking into this problem anymore.

- What changes do you notice from the April 13th posters to the April 27th posters?
Changes that I noticed from the April 13th poster to the April 27 poster is that a little more than half of the people that were on the open poster in April 13th has switched over to the acknowledged or closed poster since April 27th.
- Do you think there are any types of issues SeeClickFix is better at getting fixed than others? Why do you think that?
Yes I think there are types of issues SeeClickFix is better at getting fixed than others which are illegal trash dumping because if you look at the closed poster, majority of the the issues on there are illegal trash dumping.
- If an issue someone reported did not get fixed, what is something they might try next?
- If an issue someone reported did not get fixed something they might try next is report the same issue again to see if they fix it this time or they might even just report another issue that they want to be fixed.
- Do you think people who report issues to SeeClickFix are able to gain agency? Explain your answer.
I think people who report issues to SeeClickFix are able to gain agency because they are slowly being to take control of their life by starting in the issues they reported and see need to be changed.
